Ever since World War II many people wonder how good Germans had allowed fascism to flourish and why they tolerated the atrocities Inflicted on Jews, gays, gypsies and people of color. I think we got a better understanding of this by the reaction of American liberals to the crack down on protesting truckers in Canada by the fascist liberal Canadian government. Most of the self-righteous American liberals are not going to get their hands dirty by doing the evil deeds themselves but will give their stamp of approval to the monstrous acts performed by the Canadian government, BLM or Antifa for acts of oppression done in the name of social justice. Not only are these liberals turning a blind eye to what amounts to as abuse of civil liberties but become the silent majority that gives these atrocities legitimacy.     It appears that we are running short of real men. The issue started to emerge back in the early 1970s when we had “fluid” characters like David Bowie dressing up to look like women. Fortunately, we got over it before the trend took hold. But over the last few years, the movement has resumed with a vengeance and more and more men are stepping out of the blue and boots into designer dresses and high heels. Some are even going through the whole process to make it irresistible, and this may leave a shortage of real men to help repopulate the planet. Worse still, we appear to be training kids at a young age so that they don’t get a chance to decide what they want later in life, and no first kiss with that special girl, no prom king, no back seat romance in the hot rod.         As time goes by the more I realized how much celebrity has become a mental illness and why people like Neil Young, Cher, and others seem so out of touch. In our society to be famous is to isolate yourself from reality. You can't eat with ordinary people; you don't rub shoulders with ordinary people; you don't romance Ordinary People. This is the reason why they are so out of touch with reality and what Ordinary People face. Actors, musicians and others spend their young lives craving fame and when they get it locks them in a prison of their own making. Many of them come to believe that they are superior to ordinary people, wiser, somehow more knowledgeable because they have achieved success ordinary people have not. When in fact success has divorced these stars from any real experience.     Most socialism is either fascism or capitalism in disguise, an observation made by George Orwell in his writings about the Spanish civil war in the 1930s. Although better known for his fictional work “1984” and “Animal Farm” (which is almost a perfect parody of today’s Woke movement), Orwell’s non-fiction work dissected the socialist movements of his era, showing just how much the general public had been deceived by them.
